Electronic Architect

SALARY – UP TO £70,000!

LOCATION – STEVENAGE

The role:

This role focuses on defining and delivering the electronic and electrical architecture for complex equipment, ensuring compliance with stringent customer requirements within limited space and challenging environments. Responsibilities include managing technical elements, breaking down requirements into sub-elements, and collaborating with the Engineering Project Manager to achieve on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery. Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills are essential, as the role involves regular engagement with stakeholders and customers. Success requires a proactive mindset, adaptability to dynamic challenges, and the ability to make decisive contributions in a high-paced, ambitious environment.

What we want from you:

  • Expertise in digital electronics and microprocessor systems.
  • Proficiency in power electronics for distributed power networks.
  • Experience designing equipment for safety-critical environments.
  • Knowledge of software and firmware development methodologies.
  • Expertise in compact packaging and thermal management for high-performance electronic systems.

For Security Clearance reasons to work this role you must have British citizenship or be a dual with British citizenship.
