Business Manager – Electronic Engineering | Defence Sector | Stevenage | Hybrid (60% Onsite)

Our client, a trusted partner to the UK Ministry of Defence, is seeking a Business Manager to join their Electronic Engineering function. This role supports financial oversight and operational governance across engineering programmes, including budget planning for 2025–2026, asset management, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate functional budgets (Capital, Non-Payroll, Projects).
  • Develop process guides to standardise budget utilisation across teams.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support governance initiatives and strategic operations.
  • Deliver performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across engineering and finance teams.
