As a team lead, you will guide your team in designing, developing, and testing advanced electronic systems, ensuring high-quality results for our varied client base, including academic and commercial organizations.

  1. Manage and lead the electronics engineering team, planning their workload and fostering their development.
  2. Oversee the design, prototyping, and testing of electronic devices from initial concept to deployment.
  3. Collaborate on technical requirements and contribute to system-level designs, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  4. Provide technical support in pre-sales and bid activities, maintaining strong client relationships.
  5. Enhance team capabilities and resource deployment, ensuring the best outcomes for our engineering projects.

Minimum requirements:

  1. Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications.
  2. Strong background in electronic system design and testing, ideally within high-tech or satellite programs.
