Overview

My client is a supplier of components and products for RF and Microwave test systems, mobile cellular equipment, satellite communication systems and optical communication systems based just outside Eastleigh, Hampshire.

They have a full time vacancy for an Electronics Design Engineer to join the team who design and manufacture short range wireless communication systems.

Requirements

• Preferably degree qualified.
• PCB Design/ Layout experience.
• FPGAs, Pics and general programmable logic would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of analogue techniques and design.
• Eligibility for SC Clearance (last 5 years in the UK).

Responsibilities

• Work on full life projects from concept to full production.
• Detailed system design.
• Detailed pcb design and hardware design.
• Design verification testing.
• Production test and support.
• System integration in lab environment and in the field.
• Working within ISO9001 quality structure
