Job summary

Office Angels Ashford is assisting a client in Thanet, Kent, to hire a detail-oriented Production Operative with soldering experience for their electronics manufacturing team.

You will follow written procedures, perform assembly and inspection, and work to strict quality and safety standards in a collaborative environment.

The role is full-time, Monday to Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm and Friday 8:00am–12:45pm, paying £12.71 per hour with healthcare, holiday and pension benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow written instructions, technical documentation, and manufacturing procedures relating to the production of electronic products.
• Undertake assembly tasks and manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Participate in training across all areas of production, including assembly, testing, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensuring products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and customer expectations.
• Escalate production, quality, or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
