Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electromechanical Engineer to join a leading manufacturing site in Bicester. The role covers fault diagnosis, repair, servicing and continuous improvement across production machinery and site facilities.

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire. Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, days only (07:00 – 19:00). Salary up to £57k–£58k with overtime opportunities and on-going OEM-specific training.

Qualifications

PPM and reactive repairs on production equipment.
Electrical and mechanical maintenance across multi-manufacturer machinery.
Assist with remote OEM diagnostic support.
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency projects.

Responsibilities

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault diagnosis on production equipment.
Repair and service electrical and mechanical systems across multi-manufacturer machinery.
Work on variable speed drives, PCBs, and assist with remote diagnostic support from OEMs.
Drive continuous improvement projects and site facilities maintenance.
Operate workshop equipment including a manual lathe for mechanical repairs.
