Job summary

ReeVR in Feltham (London Borough of Hounslow) is seeking a Test Technician to join an established engineering and manufacturing business. You will perform electro-mechanical testing, fault finding and quality inspection to ensure product reliability.

You will set up and use electrical and mechanical test equipment, read technical drawings, record results and support troubleshooting with the engineering team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Test Technician or similar role.
• Experience using electrical and mechanical test equipment.
• Able to read technical drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect electro-mechanical assemblies and components.
• Carry out functional and performance testing.
• Set up and operate electrical and mechanical test equipment.
• Identify faults and support troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Record test results and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support engineering teams with product testing and validation.
