Overview:

We have a client looking to hire a dependable and experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician for a well-established manufacturer based in Ripon, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in troubleshooting electrical systems, PLCs, and hydraulic circuits. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, and automation controls.
  2. Install and maintain electrical/electronic systems guided by schematics and blueprints.
  3. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems and basic mechanical equipment.
  4. Install and monitor performance of electrical systems, fixtures, and control panels.
  5. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks using CMMS tools.
  6. Interpret blueprints, perform layout work, and assist in complex installations.
  7. Mentor and oversee junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate degree (2-year minimum) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology.
  2. 5+ years’ industrial or manufacturing experience in electrical/mechanical roles.
  3. Experience with PLCs, electrical power distribution, and industrial equipment.
  4. Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and pass pre-employment drug and physical screening.
  5. Proficient in CMMS systems and blueprint interpretation.
