Overview:
We are is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to support daily operations for a leading manufacturer in Ripon, WI. The ideal candidate is reliable, solutions-focused, and experienced in electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems. This is a fast-paced but stable work environment with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits for machine control.

  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

  • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to install electronic controls and components.

  • Perform basic mechanical maintenance and direct lower-level technicians as needed.

  • Dismantle, replace, or adjust electrical/mechanical parts like motors, transformers, and armatures.

  • Lay out, assemble, test, and repair systems including panels, breakers, conduit, lighting, and wiring.

  • Maintain safety standards while using diagnostic tools and test instruments.

  • Log maintenance activities using CMMS and participate in team meetings and initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (2-year minimum) in Electrical or Mechanical Technology.

  • 5+ years’ hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

  • Experience working with PLC systems, CMMS software, and reading blueprints.

  • Familiarity with electrical power and water distribution systems.

  • Strong manual dexterity and physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
