Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join a well-established, fast-paced manufacturing facility in Ripon, Wisconsin. This weekend night shift position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are technically skilled, safety-minded, and eager to work in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and troubleshoot electrical and PLC systems used to control machinery and industrial equipment
  2. Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  3. Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to install or modify systems
  4. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant machinery
  5. Replace and test electrical components including motors, transformers, fixtures, breakers, and panels
  6. Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor lower-level technicians
  7. Use CMMS software for part searches and maintenance logging
  8. Adhere to strict safety standards and contribute to a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

  • 2-year Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical repair and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and system calibration
  • Strong computer skills to input and retrieve data in CMMS platforms
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
