Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician II to join the operations team of The Client, a well-established manufacturing organization located in Ripon, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and experience working in fast-paced production environments. You’ll be surrounded by a supportive team and given clear direction to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, test, and troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, and electronic systems used in manufacturing machinery.
Install electrical and electronic controls based on blueprints and schematics.
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, and perform basic mechanical repairs.
Support water and electrical distribution systems.
Monitor installed equipment for safety, performance, and efficiency.
Lay out, assemble, install, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures and systems including panels, breakers, and conduit.
Perform hands-on maintenance using CMMS systems and work within shift assignments directed by a Group Leader.
Minimum Qualifications:
2-year associate degree in an electrical or mechanical field.
2–4 years’ hands-on experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
Proficiency with CMMS software, blueprints, and interpreting technical schematics.
Strong skills in electrical circuit design and troubleshooting (including PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems).
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical.
