Job DescriptionJob Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician II to join the operations team of The Client, a well-established manufacturing organization located in Ripon, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and experience working in fast-paced production environments. You’ll be surrounded by a supportive team and given clear direction to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, and electronic systems used in manufacturing machinery.

  • Install electrical and electronic controls based on blueprints and schematics.

  • Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, and perform basic mechanical repairs.

  • Support water and electrical distribution systems.

  • Monitor installed equipment for safety, performance, and efficiency.

  • Lay out, assemble, install, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures and systems including panels, breakers, and conduit.

  • Perform hands-on maintenance using CMMS systems and work within shift assignments directed by a Group Leader.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-year associate degree in an electrical or mechanical field.

  • 2–4 years’ hands-on experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.

  • Proficiency with CMMS software, blueprints, and interpreting technical schematics.

  • Strong skills in electrical circuit design and troubleshooting (including PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems).

  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical.
