Job summary

E.ON UK invites applicants to join a five-year electro-mechanical engineering degree apprenticeship, with six-month placements and part-time study at the University of Nottingham for a fully-funded BEng (Hons) in Electro-mechanical Engineering.

You’ll work in a hybrid model from the Nottingham office, with placements across the UK and potential site rotations to Sheffield or London, supported toward chartered status upon completion.

Qualifications

• GCSEs and A-levels required as listed in the ad.
• Alternative qualifications such as BTEC, T-level or prior apprenticeship may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a structured five-year apprenticeship with six-month placements.
• Study for a fully-funded BEng (Hons) in Electro-mechanical Engineering at University of Nottingham.
• Work on diverse projects across energy systems, including district heating, solar, hydrogen, and carbon capture.
• Progress toward chartered status with ongoing mentoring and support.
