Exciting Opportunity: Electro-Mechanical Engineer
Location: Southend Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test, repair, and overhaul various electrical aviation components following manufacturer manuals.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure a safe, compliant working environment.
  • Prepare detailed workshop reports to support purchasing and commercial departments.
  • Innovate new capabilities and streamline processes for cost and time efficiency.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
  • Understand and exceed customer needs with excellent service.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the organisation.

Qualifications & Prerequisites:

  • Solid understanding of EASA Pt 145 regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience in an electrical aviation environment is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with business systems.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
