Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking a Production Assembler in Ferndown, offering a temp-to-perm route in a clean, air-conditioned environment. You will assemble and test electro-mechanical components, perform safety tests and calibration, and manage packaging and labelling for consumables and reagents.

The role includes processing orders via ERP, cycle counting, and contributing to lean manufacturing improvements. Prior light assembly, kitting, packing, and familiarity with MRP/ERP are valued.

Qualifications

• Light production assembly, kitting and packing experience.
• Experience in a cleanroom or laboratory environment desirable.
• Experience using MRP/ERP systems advantageous.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality system desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assembling and testing electro-mechanical components to work instructions and quality procedures.
• Carrying out electrical safety testing and calibration using standard test equipment.
• Assembling, packing, labelling and inspecting consumable and reagent products.
• Processing orders through the ERP system.
• Performing routine cycle counts and maintaining an organised work cell.
• Supporting continuous improvement within a lean manufacturing environment.
