Overall Job Purpose

This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative team. As part of the Manufacturing Team, you will:

• Carry out various manufacturing operations associated with assembly, testing, finishing, and calibration of products using standard work instructions.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Perform all assembly operations, including hand soldering.
• Conduct in-process inspection & testing.
• Perform sealing & finishing operations.
• Carry out calibration operations.
• Fault find to sub-assembly level on RMAs and production test fails.
• Support Skills Matrix qualification and cross-training of Manufacturing Operatives.
• Champion 5S & Standard Work to maintain and improve product quality and factory productivity.
• Support internal Management System audits (ISO 9001 / 14001).
• Contribute to continuous improvement in product quality and factory productivity.
• Support prototype build & special projects.
• Assist with New Product Introduction.
• Perform any reasonable task in Manufacturing, including Store & Logistics, PCBA, and Main Production.
• Support automated printed circuit board assembly.
• Assist with materials handling & storage, including cycle counting.
• Work in a technical/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate solid time management and organizational skills.
• Apply strong numerical literacy and analytical skills.
• Maintain strong written & verbal communication skills.
