Overview

Electro-mech Assemblers required. Location: Amersham. Salary: £27,000-£32,000 per annum. Shift: Standard day shift.

Responsibilities

• Carry out various manufacturing operations associated with assembly, testing, finishing and calibration of products using standard work instructions. CANDIDATES WITH LIGHTING EXPERIENCE WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS!
• All assembly is mainly mechanical
• In-process inspection & test.
• Sealing & finishing operations.
• Calibration operations.
• Fault finding to sub-assembly level on RMAs and production test fails.
• Support proto-type build & special projects.
• Support New Product Introduction.
• Any reasonable task in Manufacturing, including Store & Logistics, PCBA and Main Production.
• Support automated printed circuit board assembly.
• Support materials handling & storage, including cycle counting.
• Experience working in a technical/manufacturing environment.
• Solid time management and organisational skills.
• Strong numerical literacy and analytical skills.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
