Job summary

SmartestEnergy in Worthing, United Kingdom, is seeking someone to help onboard customers efficiently and accurately. You will work with our team to ensure customers go live smoothly and are set up correctly from the start, assisting with the transition to their change of supply and the beginning of their customer journey.

You will collaborate across UK energy industry processes, build relationships, and develop your skills in problem solving.

Job description

You will be part of a close-knit team that is responsible for ensuring all of our customers are onboarded efficiently and accurately. The goal is to get customers live as effortlessly as possible and to set them up correctly from the beginning aiding a smooth transition to their change of supply and the beginning of their customer journey. You will be working with Industry processes and will need to be adept at problem solving and building relationships. The role is an opportunity for the someone to challenge themselves and develop skills in the UK energy Industry!

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

• You should have experience working in an office environment;
• Worked with computers and can demonstrate a strong level of computer literacy;
• Acute eye for detail ensuring all work is performed with the highest levels of accuracy and all required forms of due diligence are upheld;
• Working as part of a team to delivery against targets and deliver High Levels of Customer Service;
• Strong organisational skills.
