Job summary

BMSL Group require multiple Electricians Mates / Improvers for a large project in Llantrisant. A strong background in manufacturing facilities, clean rooms or pharmaceutical projects will be an advantage but not essential.

You must hold a valid ECS card and an IPAF licence. Contract rate is £22.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, with overtime for hours beyond 40 and for weekend work. CIS payment is available. Start date: 21st September 2026.

Contract Rate: £22.00 p/hr Monday to Friday
40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Overtime rates kick in after 40 hours Monday to Friday
Overtime rates in place for any weekend work that becomes available
Pay Rate £22.00 p/hr (first 40 hours worked Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate £29.26 p/hr (after 40 hours worked Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate £29.26 p/hr (all day Saturday)
Pay Rate £36.52 p/hr (all day Sunday)
CIS payment available
2-4 months work duration
Start Date: 21st September 2026
