Liberty Property Maintenance, part of WPS Group, is hiring an Electrician in Sunderland to perform electrical repairs, testing and installations in domestic properties. You will be involved in planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all work meets BS7671 standards and delivers excellent customer service.

The role requires 18th Edition, a Full UK Driving Licence and strong fault-finding skills. DBS checks apply; company vehicle and tools are provided, with ongoing training and career

Qualifications

• 18th Edition Qualification required.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Strong fault-finding skills and domestic maintenance experience.
• ECS Gold Card desirable.

Responsabilités

• Electrical repairs, fault finding, testing and inspections (EICRs).

If you’re a skilled Electrician who takes pride in doing a job properly from start to finish, this is a role you’ll be trusted to get on with providing steady and local work.

We’re growing across our voids contracts and we’re looking for an experienced, all round Electrician who can walk into a property, assess the work and get the job done!

What You'll Be Doing

Electrical repairs, fault finding, testing and inspections (EICRs)
