Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Electrician (Training on Renewables) in Reading. The role provides extensive training to become a solar PV electrician, with a salary of £40,000–£50,000 and a company van with fuel card.

You will work across Reading, Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and London, with progression opportunities in a growing renewables company. Ideal candidates have Level 2/3 electrical qualifications and a full UK driving licence, and a strong interest in starting a career

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair Solar PV systems (domestic and commercial).
• Receive extensive renewables training on offer.
• Cover field work across Reading, Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and London areas.
• Overtime opportunities may be available.

The Role

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing Solar PV systems at both a Domestic and commercial scale
• Full Solar/Renewables training
• Field based covering Reading, Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and London
• Overtime opportunities

The Person

• Level 2 or 3 qualified electrician
• Looking for an exciting role working on a variety of Solar PV systems
• Full UK driving license
