Qualifications

• 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification desirable.
• 2377 PAT Testing qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance in occupied and void properties.
• Aim for First Time Fix while managing costs and quality.
