Job summary

Sanctuary Group is recruiting an Electrician to join the South West day-to-day team. You will carry out responsive electrical repairs and EICRs in tenanted and void properties, with lone and team working and involvement in an emergency call-out rota. A company van and power tools are provided, with training as needed.

The role requires 18th Edition (3rd/4th amend), NVQ3 in core electrics, City & Guilds 2391-52, and AM2, plus health and safety awareness and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified to 18th Edition - 3rd and 4th amendment, NVQ Level 3 in core electrics, City & Guilds 2391-52, AM2.
• Interview stage requires original certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining electrical installations and replacements in tenanted and void properties, incl. rewires and CCU upgrades.
• Inspecting and testing occupied and void properties for safety and compliance.
• Completing paperwork and producing certification for works undertaken.
• Monitoring van stock to achieve a first-time fix and keeping tools in good condition.
• Lone and team working and on emergency call-out rota.
