Broadland Housing Group is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance Team to support electrical reactive and EICRs works across our homes. The role covers the West patch and may involve work across Norfolk and North Suffolk as required.

The successful candidate will perform reactive repairs, support planned and void works, and ensure timely completion in line with performance indicators. DBS checks and on-call duties are part of the role, with driving licence required for travel

Competenze

• City and Guilds 5357 / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• City and Guilds 2360 - Part 1 and Part 2 or equivalent.
• AM2 depending on when NVQ completed.
• City and Guilds 2382 (18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations).
• City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent qualification.
• A Driving Licence as travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk will be required.
• Experience of working in Property Maintenance
• Good IT skills

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance Team who will support to deliver electrical reactive and EICRs works to our homes, as well as getting involved in other workstreams as required from time to time. This role primarily covers our West patch but will be required to work across Broadland's communities and locations throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk, helping to delivery services and support our customers throughout the region, as business needs dictate.

The main duties for the role include:
