Job summary

Portakabin Ltd is seeking an Electrician to perform skilled installation, refurbishment and fit-out of buildings with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will work to SOPs, RAMS, and company standards, reading technical documentation and applying trade skills independently to ensure on-time project delivery.

The role requires practical training with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and experience in refurbishments.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and practical skills gained through training and hands-on application.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as SOPs, RAMS and company standards.
• Proven ability to apply trade skills independently to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled installation, refurbishment and fit-out of buildings in line with specifications and standards.
• Maintain a safe, organised working environment compliant with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Work to refurbishment and fit-out timescales and support cost-effective project delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the team and provide support where qualified.
