Overview

NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Electrician

Salary around £48K, 25 days holiday, flexible working hours, private medical & pension

Responsible for the management of the electrical installation team, compliance of electrical installations acting as Qualified Supervisor ensuring alignment with NICEIC standards.

Requirements: an experienced Electrical Engineer – fully qualified, approved Electrician qualified to 2391 Inspection & Test ideally with Qualifying Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Factory-based and commercial / industrial electrical installations in modular buildings
• Qualified supervisor ensuring electrical systems are installed to 18th Edition/BS7671
• Supervise inspection and test to 2391 and complete relevant documentation
• Quality management; Identify opportunities to improve quality, delivery, and process capability.
• Drive and support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, test procedures
• Technical Quality Support; Review documentation including procedures, inspection reports, certificates
• Manage NICEIC annual assessments

Requirements

• Significant experience as a fully qualified Electrical Installation Engineer
• Qualified to 2391 Inspection & Test – Essential
• People management experience
• Senior engineer / qualified supervisor experience
• Full UK Drivers Licence
