Are you from an Electrical background and want to come off the tools into a new career that allows you to help the next , while benefiting from fantastic holiday and pension?


In this role you'll support electrical apprentices through workplace visits, assessments, and close collaboration with employers. You'll ensure their progress toward accreditation while coordinating with college teaching teams.


This in an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team within an Ofsted rated 'Good' Further Education College, who have ambition to become outstanding by together developing standards and encouraging innovation and collaboration.


This role would suit an Electrician who wants to come off the tools into a coaching role, supporting the next of apprentices while benefiting from a great work life balance.


The Role:




  • Off the tools role with full coaching training provided

  • Visiting apprentices in the workplace or remotely via Microsoft Teams


  • Carrying out progress reviews and supporting apprentices to end-point assessment

  • Mentoring apprentices with the latest sector legislation and practice


The Person:




  • Level 3 in Electrical Installation OR 18th Edition

  • Looking to come off the tools into a coaching role
