The Estates & Facilities Department at Queens Hospital is looking for a dynamic individual to work alongside professionals who care about delivering a first class service. Quality and patient care is paramount, and the Estates & Facilities team ensure the best service is given. The successful applicant will have a fundamental knowledge of health care estates maintenance procedures and priorities.
You provide the skills and personality and we’ll provide the foundations for a successful career. An excellent knowledge of Estates along with excellent communication skills, application of initiative & strength of resolve, are essential.

You will be part of the team who are responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive electrical maintenance and installation service across the Trust’s estates, which will be responsive, efficient, financially effective and to a high standard. You should possess good communication skills both written and verbal.
