Job summary

Synergize is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team in Oxfordshire, delivering electrical maintenance, repairs and installations across Service Family Accommodation properties under our VIVO MOD Housing contract. You will work across occupied and vacant homes, completing tasks safely and to current regulations.

You will fault find, test and inspect, perform minor installations, and coordinate with planners and other trades to minimise disruption for residents.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with domestic maintenance experience.
• Experience in fault finding and electrical testing.
• Familiar with BS 7671 and safety regs.
• Experience in occupied properties.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance and installations across MOD housing.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
• Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and testing.
• Ensure work complies with regulations and safety.
• Maintain records and reports.

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)

Domestic electrical maintenance

BS 7671 knowledge

Occupied properties experience

Fault finding & repairs

Testing & documentation

Full UK Driving Licence
