Job Description
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure compliance with current safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems, producing detailed reports where necessary.
- Respond to service requests, diagnosing faults and providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used.
- Identify and recommend improvements to electrical systems and processes.
- Provide a high standard of customer service to tenants and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Electrician should have:
- A recognised qualification in electrical installation or equivalent.
- Experience in both domestic and commercial electrical systems.
- A sound understanding of current electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
