Job Description

  • Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial properties.
  • Ensure compliance with current safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems, producing detailed reports where necessary.
  • Respond to service requests, diagnosing faults and providing timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to electrical systems and processes.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to tenants and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Electrician should have:

  • A recognised qualification in electrical installation or equivalent.
  • Experience in both domestic and commercial electrical systems.
  • A sound understanding of current electrical regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
