Job summary

Moore Green Recruitment LTD is seeking an Electrician for a housing provider in the Blackheath area. You will undertake repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works, applying Level 3 electrical qualifications and 18th edition rules.

The role requires coordinating materials and plant, to ensure on-time completion of works on site; permanent contract with a salary around £40,800 to £42,010 per year, with van, fuel card and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th edition and 2391 inspection and testing qualifications.
• Experience in repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works.
• Co-ordination of materials and plant for building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete works in relation to repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works in accordance with trade qualifications.
• Co-ordinate materials and plant to maximise the effectiveness of building maintenance work undertaken.
