Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL seeks a qualified Electrician to perform planned and reactive maintenance across industrial, commercial and domestic environments in the Worthing area. You will handle EICR testing, boiler wiring, distribution boards, and small installations, ensuring safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and a full UK driving licence, with strong problem solving and documentation skills. Company vehicle and benefits available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
• Proven maintenance, testing and small installations experience across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep electrical systems safe and compliant.
• Perform EICRs across domestic, commercial, and industrial sites and document results.
• Install, fault-find, and repair boiler wiring and control wiring including S-/Y-Plan configurations.
• Replace and upgrade consumer units and distribution boards with full testing and energisation.
• Carry out small-scale electrical installations per project specs and IET regulations.
• Maintain certificates, test sheets, and knowledge of BS 7671 and approvals.
