Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Electrician (EICR Testing) to perform electrical testing and certification across residential and commercial properties in Essex. The role requires strong EICR and inspection/testing experience, plus 18th Edition and City & Guilds 2391 qualifications.

Qualifications

Proven Electrician with strong EICR and inspection/testing experience.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
Inspection and Testing qualification (2391-51/2391-52) or equivalent.
Strong understanding of BS 7671 and current regulations.
Competent in recording test results and certification.

Responsibilities

Carry out EICRs, inspection and testing across residential and commercial properties.
Complete electrical testing and certification to current regulations.
Identify defects and recommend remedial works.
Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and remedial works as required.
Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Maintain accurate records of testing, certification and works.
Liaise with clients, tenants, site teams and stakeholders.
