Location: HMP Bristol, 19 Cambridge Rd, Bishopston, Bristol BS7 8PS

Salary: £38,333.37 plus £1k RRA

Contract: Full Time, Permanent - 39 hrs per week (mon-fri with on-call)

We are seeking a dedicated fully qualified Electrician to join our team at HMP Bristol, a Category B Local Adult Male prison.

We are a Ministry Of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS, seeking an Electrician with:

• Certificate in BS7671:2018 (18th edition)
• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Electrotechnical Services (City & Guilds/EAL), including relevant NVQs and assessments (AM2/AM2S), e.g., 2367 or 2357
• Two years’ experience as a fully qualified electrician
• Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems
• Knowledge of planned and preventive maintenance operations
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Organisational, time management, and people skills
