Job summary

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is recruiting an Electrician to join the DLO repairs team. You will carry out responsive electrical repairs, fault finding, and maintenance across occupied homes and communal areas. The role requires NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, AM2, IPAF/PASMA and a Full UK Driving Licence, and is based at 182 Coningham Road, London, 36 hours per week on a permanent contract.

A Basic DBS check is required. Closing date: 11 October 2026.

Qualifications

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Experience of responsive electrical repairs, maintenance and fault finding
  • Experience working in occupied homes.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • AM2.

Responsibilities
