Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a temporary Electrician in Cardiff to perform EICRs and repairs across tenanted and void properties. The role begins as temporary with a view to ongoing work based on performance and workload.

You will complete electrical testing, undertake repairs, and manage certificates and paperwork for each property, with travel between housing projects as required.

Qualifications

• Previous domestic testing experience.
• AM2 credential.
• 18th edition wiring regulations knowledge.
• 2391 inspection and testing (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Work across tenanted and void domestic properties.
• Carry out EICRs and repairs and maintenance.
• Complete certificates and paperwork related to works.

Take on a temporary Electrician role offering £27 per hour, carrying out EICRs and repairs in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to join an establishedhousing association delivering projects across domestic properties.

You’ll be completing electrical testing and repairs in tenanted and void properties. The role will initially be temporary, with the potential for ongoing work depending on quality, reliability and workload.

As an Electrician, you will be:
