Job description

Electrician Improver Position Overview

Our client is a SME and growing electrical services provider with over 30 years of experience serving Teesside and the surrounding areas. They work in all areas of electrical work within the domestic and commercial sectors, including renewable energy, such as Electric Vehicle chargers and Solar PV. They are looking for an electrician improver to join their dynamic team with progression to lead install works across Teesside on domestic and commercial properties.

Responsibilities
  1. Gained experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in domestic and commercial buildings.
  2. Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems.
  3. Learn how to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for installations.
  4. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly used and stored.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Position Requirements
  1. In progress of gaining NVQ electrical qualification.
  2. 18th edition certification.
  3. Full UK Driving Licence.
  4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Remuneration
  1. £23-32k per annum depending on experience.
  2. Company van provided (not for personal use).
  3. Holidays plus Bank holidays.
  4. Overtime and weekend work available.
  5. Full package to be discussed.
