Job summary

Haven is seeking a dedicated Electrician to join our on-site maintenance team. You will perform electrical installations, repairs and routine maintenance across our accommodations and park facilities to ensure safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates will hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and 18th Edition certification, with experience in domestic/commercial work. Training and career development are offered along with exclusive team perks.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Up-to-date 18th Edition certification required.
• Experience in domestic and/or commercial electrical work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete electrical installations, repairs and maintenance across accommodations and facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to keep systems safe and efficient.
• Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Install, maintain and upgrade electrical systems including wiring, breakers, lighting and outlets.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to deliver high-quality service park-wide.
• Keep detailed records and comply with health and safety regulations.

As an on-site Electrician,you’llbe an essential part of our dynamic Maintenance team, responsible for providing electrical maintenance across our accommodations and park facilities.You’llensure all systems are safe and compliant, playing a key role inmaintainingsmooth operations and helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our guests!

Key Responsibilities

• Complete electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in our accommodations and facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring systems are running safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems including wiring, circuit breakers, lighting, and power outlets.
• Work closely with the wider maintenance team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park.
• Keep detailed records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), with an up-to-date 18th Edition certification.
• Strong experience in domestic and/or commercial electrical work.
• Previousexperience working on electrical systems in holiday homes (preferred, but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A solid understanding of electrical safety regulations and a commitment to working safely.
