Job summary

Haven is seeking an on-site Electrician to join our Maintenance team across our park accommodations and facilities. You will perform safe electrical installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition certification, with experience in domestic or commercial electrical work. Knowledge of holiday-home systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Up-to-date 18th Edition certification.
• Strong experience in domestic and/or commercial electrical work.
• Previous experience on electrical systems in holiday homes is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accommodations and facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring safe, efficient operation.
• Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade wiring, circuit breakers, lighting, and outlets.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver high-quality park-wide service.
• Keep detailed health & safety records and ensure compliance.
