Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Technical Services team at Elveden Forest. You will attend callouts, carry out inspections, and maintain guest accommodation and village facilities to ensure a smooth guest experience.

You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, deliver high standards of customer service, and support planned maintenance. A Level 3 C&G NVQ or SVQ in Electrical Installation and C&G 2381/2 18th Edition are required, along with a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Level 3 C&G NVQ or SVQ in Electrical Installation Theory & Practice is required.
• C&G 2381/2 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations is required.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections and planned preventative maintenance.
• Assist with general tasks as directed by Technical Services Management.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, reporting defects to prevent future problems.
• Deliver high standards of customer service when interacting with guests and colleagues.
