Job summary

Search Energy is seeking an EV Installer to install and maintain a network of domestic charging points in the Leicester area. You will represent the company professionally, engage with customers and ensure safety and compliance across each job.

The role requires City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations, a valid UK driving licence, and a focus on quality service with a strong safety mindset. A full-time permanent position with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (preferred).
• Experience installing and terminating SWA cable.
• BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition).
• Minimum of 2 years' electrical experience within a domestic environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain a network of EV charging points within a localised area.
• Represent the company in a professional manner during installations.
• Engage with customers and ensure high levels of service.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

42,000 Basic Salary + Bonus ( 55,000 OTE)

You will be responsible for installing and maintaining a network of EV charging points within a localised area, while representing the company in a professional manner. Customer engagement and service are just as important in this role as the technical skills required to complete installations. A strong focus on health and safety is also essential.

Essential Requirements
