Job summary

Search Energy is recruiting an EV Installer to install and maintain a network of domestic EV charging points across a local area. You will represent the company professionally, engage with customers and ensure high standards of safety and workmanship.

The role requires City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations, 2+ years domestic electrical experience and a strong grasp of current electrical regulations. Salary starts at 42,000 with bonuses, and a 55,000 OTE is mentioned.

Qualifications

• Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (preferred).
• Experience installing and terminating SWA cable.
• BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition).
• Minimum of 2 years' electrical experience within a domestic environment.
• Fully competent in completing electrical certificates using digital software.
• Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
• Ability to follow safe working procedures at all times.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong communication skills.

Essential Requirements
