Job Description

Our client designs, builds, and operates Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Wind Turbine renewable energy systems throughout the United Kingdom. Current projects are located in Dorset, Birmingham, Bristol, and Scotland.

Founded in 2010, their in-house team of engineers, planners, and project managers provides a complete turnkey solution for landowners, SMEs, and large corporates, covering every aspect of the project development process to ensure they stay ahead in the industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on all asset-managed renewable energy sites.
  2. Reviewing and monitoring all asset-managed renewable energy sites on a rota basis, including weekend cover.
  3. Identifying, recording, and responding to faults with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  4. Managing and completing Low Voltage electrical design and installation.
  5. Analyzing site performance to implement improvements for ongoing operation.
  6. Completing reports.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
  • City and Guilds 2365-02/03, or equivalent or higher.
  • City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent.
  • BS7671 18th Edition.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
  • Flexibility to work throughout the UK, including evenings and weekends.
  • Solar PV experience (desirable).
  • Overtime and Saturday work available.
  • Accommodation covered.
  • Full package details to be discussed at the interview.

Note: The candidate will be required to stay away from Monday to Friday when necessary in areas such as Birmingham, Bristol, Dorset, and Scotland.
