Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified electrician experienced in domestic heating and hot water systems. The role involves attending properties, conducting testing, and performing remedial works.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carrying out EICRs after assessing electrical installations within properties.
2. Performing periodic testing and wiring installation of new heating systems in various domestic and commercial properties.
3. Providing high levels of customer care to clients and tenants, ensuring quality standards are met.
4. Communicating work updates and completing paperwork electronically and manually.
5. Adhering to Health and Safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
6. Managing stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure availability of parts.
