Job summary

Quartzelec is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Utilities North team, covering the North West of England. You will perform installation, maintenance, testing and fault finding with a focus on quality and safety.

Ideally you have NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds, 18th Edition and possibly DNO authorisations, plus strong fault-finding skills and professional conduct. The role supports career growth within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• A recognised electrical qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. (Required but not essential)
• DNO authorisations (Required but not essential)
• Relevant experience working as an electrician.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, testing and fault-finding activities.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
• Be proficient in installing containment systems such as Trunking, Tray and Ladder.
• Complete planned and reactive electrical works to a high standard.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current electrical regulations and company procedures.
