Mears Group in Croydon/Redhill is seeking a skilled Electrician for a hands-on, field-based role. You will maintain, repair, and install electrical systems across domestic properties, with company van and fuel card provided.
You’ll work to safety standards, handle reactive repairs and planned maintenance, and communicate with tenants. A valid UK driving licence, NVQ3 in Electrical Installations, and social housing experience are essential.

As part of the Mears Group, we offer partnership solutions and expertise in estate management and property maintenance. Delivering a range of property services, including reactive repairs, and planned and cyclical maintenance services to over 100 local authorities and housing providers nationwide, including, Orbit: one of the largest housing providers in the Midlands, East Anglia and the Southeast. We're currently looking for a skilled and qualified electrician to join us in working in the Croydon/Redhill area. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across new build properties. Travel is between jobs, within working hours and would never be more than an hour's drive. Company van and fuel card are provided.
