Housing Quality Network is seeking a qualified electrician to join our field team. You’ll perform electrical repairs and small upgrades in customers' homes, fault-finding, replacing accessories, and minor rewires, with autonomy to get it right first time.

Based in the Petersfield, Bordon, Alton and Guildford areas, you’ll plan work to stay close to home and join an on-call rota with weekend standby. A full driving licence is essential.

Formación

• NVQ and AM2 qualifications required.
• Experience with NICEIC certification or similar software.
• Knowledge of social housing is a bonus.
• Full driving licence essential.

What you'll be doing

You'll complete a mix of electrical repairs and small upgrades, from fault-finding and fixing issues to replacing accessories and carrying out minor rewires. No two days are the same, and you'll have the autonomy to get it right first time. You'll work across Petersfield, Bordon, Alton and the Guildford areas, where possible, your day will be planned to keep you working as close to home as we can.

What we're looking for

Our customers are at the heart of what we do, so great customer service, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are essential. You'll be the friendly face of Abri, delivering high-quality repairs and installations in customers' homes.

You’ll need to be fully qualified (including NVQ and AM2),

with experience of NICEIC certification or similar software. Knowledge of social housing is a bonus, and a full driving licence is essential.

• We'll equip you with a van and fuel card, uniform, PPE, tablet, mobile, van racking, van vault and inverter. Your tools are insured in the van - just bring your own hand and power tools.
• You'll join an on-call rota every six weeks, with standby and callout payments.
