Based in Portsmouth, you will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, our Electrician will receive a competitive salary of £39,478 per annum and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

As our Electrician, key responsibilities will include:

1. A wide variety of electrical repairs and installations in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties.
2. The work will include electrical test and inspection, fault finding, rewiring, heating systems, and non-licensed asbestos removal (where full training will be given).

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an Electrician with:

1. NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Electrical
2. 18th Edition wiring Regulation
3. Testing and Inspection 2391 or equivalent (Desirable)
4. 2 – 5 years of experience working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment
5. Full, clean current driving licence

Due to the Clients requirements, we can only accept candidates who live within a 20-mile radius of the Portsmouth Head Office, PO2 8AA.
