Job summary

Kier Group in Norwich is recruiting an Electrician to join the Anglian Water IOS framework team. You’ll carry out electrical installation, maintenance and fault-finding across water assets on operational sites, helping to keep critical infrastructure running safely and efficiently.

You’ll need NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, 2391 or equivalent, a valid CSCS or ECS card, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

  • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection and Testing qualifications
  • Valid CSCS or ECS card
  • You have a Full driving licence
  • Experience working within utilities, infrastructure or similar operational environments

Responsibilities

  • Deliver electrical installation, maintenance and fault-finding works on water assets in line with regulations and site requirements
  • Undertake fault finding, testing and inspection to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work safely on operational sites, following RAMS, permit systems and isolation procedures
  • Complete documentation, including test certificates, QA records and handover information
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supply chain and client representatives to support delivery

Job description

We're looking for an Electrician to join our Anglian Water IOS framework team based in Norwich, Norfolk.

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Hours: 45 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As an Electrician, you'll be working within the Anglian Water IOS framework team, supporting them in delivering electrical installation, maintenance and fault-finding activities across both water and water recycling assets. You'll be working on operational sites, helping to keep critical infrastructure running safely and efficiently.

What will you be responsible for?

Your Day To Day Will Include
  • Delivering electrical installation, maintenance and repair works in accordance with current regulations and site requirements
  • Undertaking fault finding, testing and inspection to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
  • Working safely on operational sites, complying with RAMS, permit systems and isolation procedures
  • Completing all required documentation, including test certification, QA records and handover information
  • Collaborating with colleagues, supply chain and client representatives to support effective delivery
What are we looking for?
  • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection and Testing qualifications

  • You have a Full driving licence
