Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an Electrician for a contract role across social housing properties in the Newcastle area. You will be completing EICRs, carrying out C1/C2 remedial works and replacing smoke alarms, with full focus on safety and compliance.

Candidates should have 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent, and own reliable transport to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience completing EICRs in social housing or domestic environments.
• Ability to transport tools between sites on own transport.
• Demonstrated reliability for multiple daily tests.
