Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems at commercial properties.
2. Maintain lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting systems.
3. Use the CMMS to document work activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults quickly and effectively.
5. Communicate with clients and provide top-tier customer service throughout projects.

Requirements:

1. City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
2. 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
3. Proven experience in the Facilities Management or Building Services sector.
4. Full UK driving license.
